Refund policy
We want you to love your Nation250th stickers. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
7-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us at support@nation250th.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Damaged or defective items
If your sticker arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll send you a free replacement at no cost to you. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
- A photo of the shipping package (if applicable)
We'll ship a replacement within 2 business days.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong design or size, we'll ship you the correct item free of charge. Please email us with your order number and a photo of what you received.
Buyer's remorse & custom orders
Because every sticker is printed on-demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., "I changed my mind," "I don't like how it looks," "I ordered the wrong design by mistake").
However, we're flexible. If you explain the situation honestly, we'll often offer:
- Store credit for a future order, OR
- Discount on a replacement with the correct design

Sticker won't stick / fell off
Our vinyl is designed to adhere to clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces. If your sticker won't stick, it's usually because:
- The surface wasn't cleaned first (oil, wax, or residue prevents adhesion)
- The surface is textured, rough, or porous (brick, untreated wood, rubber)
- The temperature was too cold during application (vinyl needs 50°F+ to bond)
We include application instructions with every order. If you followed them and the sticker still failed, email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
How to request a refund or replacement
- Email support@nation250th.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear description + photos
- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Items we can't refund
- Orders reported damaged/defective after the 7-day window
- Items damaged due to improper application
- Items modified or altered after receipt
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Sale items
Sale items and promotional bundles follow the same 7-day guarantee. Bundle discounts are calculated per-bundle — if you return one item from a bundle, the remaining items revert to regular pricing.
