We're a small team based in the United States, and we read every email. If you have a question about an order, a design, or just want to share a photo of your sticker on your truck, we want to hear from you.

We respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday), and within 48 hours on weekends and holidays.

Before you email us

Most questions are answered in our FAQ sections on the homepage and product pages. If you're asking about:

  • Order status or tracking: Check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking link. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
  • Damaged or wrong item: Please include a photo of the item plus your order number, and we'll make it right within 24 hours.
  • Sizing, material, or durability questions: See our product pages — each design lists size options (4"×4" and 8"×8") and material specs.
  • Return or refund: See our Return & Refund Policy page.
  • Shipping times: See our Shipping Policy page.

What to include in your email

To help us respond fast, please include:

  1. Your order number (starts with #, found in your confirmation email)
  2. The email address you used to place the order
  3. A clear description of what happened, plus photos if applicable

We will never

  • Ask for your password
  • Ask for your full credit card number over email
  • Send unsolicited attachments
  • Sell or share your email with third parties

If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Nation250th, please forward it to support@nation250th.com so we can flag it.
